HIGH FIVE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Ayoka Lee, Kansas State, Byron 25<\/p>\n Olivia Olson, Michigan, Benilde-St. Margaret\u2019s 21<\/p>\n Paige Bueckers, UConn, Hopkins 16<\/p>\n Tori McKinney, Minnesota, Minnetonka 14<\/p>\n Annika Stewart, Minnesota, Wayzata 14<\/p>\n Total 90 points<\/p>\n This is the highest point total since we have started tracking this week. Two players on this list are in their first years at D1 and they both won state titles last year (Olson & McKinney). Paige Bueckers also won a state title. Three are Big 10 (or 18) players; all five are in power conferences.<\/p>\n Lee now has been listed twice as has Stewart. Lee is also the top scorer for the week with 25.<\/p>\n THE DAY AHEAD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n There are 43 contests to start the Minnesota GBB season today. Right out of the gate a heavyweight battle starts with Maple Grove heading to Eden Prairie. Next year this will be a conference match up. MG is moving to the Lake next season.<\/p>\n BREAKDOWN SITE SATURDAY<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Make sure you set your GPS for SW Christian in Chaska for the Saturday Breakdown contests. Usually it was at Hopkins, but had to move to SWC because of NFHS rules regarding shot clock mountings.
