The D1 Conference tournaments are winding down. All six of these players have made the state tournament during their career with Bueckers and Johnson being crowned Miss Basketball in 2020 and 2023. Four AAAA and one each from AA and A make the list with the Lake scoring 37, the South Suburban 33.<\/p>\n

There was plenty of carnage in AAAA with one #4 advancing (Chaska) and two #3s (White Bear Lake, Brainerd). That is why their seed totals are 16. AAA and AA were tied for the lowest score. All #1s advancing would have yielded an 8.<\/p>\n

The win totals advance the lower you go on the totem pole. AA leads the way with 205 and has the most loaded field. They also lead in scoring with an average of 73.33. A has the lowest point scoring against with 44.69. Again this would be a consideration of the opponents played. AAAA teams are generally more skilled offensively than some A teams. The margin difference also belongs to AA at least six points higher than either A or AAA.<\/p>\n

The best QRF totals point to AAA (again low wins). AA comes in fourth with NRHEG taking the brunt of that rise with their 30. The top three teams happen to be the top three seeds in AA. No other class has 1-2-3. Looking at top 10s AAAA only has three; AAA leads the pack with six; AA has four and A has five.<\/p>\n

The AA total winning streak headed into the tournament again points to AA with 110, more than double the A level of 49.<\/p>\n
