State badminton: St. Paul Johnson, 84 girls strong, wins record ninth title<\/a>——St. Paul Pioneer Press<\/p>\n

Tuesday’s prep sports results<\/a>—-StarTribune<\/p>\n

Today action shifts to the individual tournament which runs two days. All 24 Teams will bring four singles and three doubles teams\u00a0 to the event at Burnsville High School.\u00a0 That means 96 players are going for the singles title; 72 doubles teams are fighting for first. Action will get underway as close to 4 pm as possible and should finish today by about 7:15 pm. Admission is free.<\/p>\n

This is a drop Flight Tournament so each player will get at least three contests.\u00a0 Today there will be 176 contests. The A bracket will get through three rounds. The C bracket will get through one round.<\/p>\n
