HIGH FIVE SUNDAY NOVEMBER 16 2025
Some new twists and additions to the High Five.
D1
31 teams in action on Sunday.
*Avery Koenen, North Dakota State, Montevideo 26- L
*Amber Scalia, Miami OH, Stillwater 26 -W
*Aaliyah Crump, Texas, Minnetonka#-18-W
*Nunu Agara, Stanford, Hopkins 16-W
*Piper Carlson, Idaho State, St. Michael-Albertville 16-L
Totals 102 points, 3-2 record
The * means they are starters. I have also added how the team finished.
The # means they did not graduate from that school.
Four of the five were AAAA—the exception 6-3 Avery Koenen of Montevideo from AA.
All five were in the state tournament. Four made the finals—-again the exception was Koenen.
Crump did not finish her career at Minnetonka but left for a Florida prep school.
This is the fourth time Agara has made the list which ties her with Tessa Johnson, Liv McGill and Tori McKinney for the lead for the year.
Koenen, Scalia, Crump and Carlson also set season highs Sunday in scoring.
D2
*Taryn Hamling, Minot State, Grand Rapids 6-L
A high soloist in D2. Minot State lost to Montana State Northern on the road Sunday—the only Northern Sun team in action.
Hamling is from AAA and made the state tournament.
