The semis of the Northern Sun had four teams, but only three delivered the five. The limited Monday D1 schedule gave the win to D2 with 55 points to spare. Of the nine players (only four made the cut at D1), seven were AAAA, one AAA, one AA. Two schools had two each—Waconia led the way with 35 points. The interesting item there was Swanson and Stier faced each other in on the other side of the scoreboard in that game. Elk River was next with 22. The Lake Conference had 39 to lead that category.
